Then select "pay by check," print out your shopping cart, and send us a personal check or money order (U.S. dollars only) for the amount of your order. Please bear in mind that we will only process your order once your funds clear in the bank. Paying by personal check typically delays your order by 9-12 days (longer for orders from outside the U.S.). Sales Tax We only collect sales tax for orders shipped within MASSACHUSETTS.
SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC does not hold any responsibilities and is not obligated to fulfill orders with incorrect pricing or product specifications due to typographical errors. We will have the right to cancel or refuse any such order without liability.
Merchandise advertised is generally in stock. Should we become oversold due to any unpredicted reason, SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC will not be held accountable for fulfillment of these requests.

Refunds and Exchanges
All SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC products are backed by our guarantee of 100% satisfaction. Our dedication to quality and service guarantees that you will be happy with your purchase. We will gladly exchange any purchase in its original condition by method of payment within 2 days.
These returns/exchanges are subject to the exceptions listed below:
In the rare instance that your merchandise is delivered to you in a defective, damaged or incomplete condition, notify Customer Service at 1-413-535-2300 at time of delivery. SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC has the option to service first, repair or exchange the damaged piece. No returns will be accepted without return authorization number. The customer is responsible for all handling charges that include A 10% restocking fee on standard items and a 20% restocking fee on specialty items will apply. We will issue a refund (minus the handling charge) if SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC is notified within 24 Hours of delivery. Custom ordered merchandise, and specialty Items cannot be canceled. If Wrong Item Was Shipped
If we mistakenly shipped you a wrong item, please notify us as soon as possible at email@example.com no later than 24 Hours days after receipt. We will send you via UPS a prepaid return label, & replace item with the right one at no additional charge.
Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable

Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges.
1. Q: What if I forgot my password?
A: Just go thru the regular checkout process, when you get to login just check the box forgot my password, you will be prompted to check your email for a email from us with your password.
2. Q: When are credit cards usually charged?
A: We don’t charge your credit card until we ship your order. In a rare case, if you do find your card to be charged, without the item being shipped, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

3. Q: How quick do orders ship? And what would shipping cost me?
A: Orders are usually shipped in approximately 2-3 business days. In the unusual event that the item is not in stock, you will be notified as to when your item will be available for shipping, and you will have the option to back-order the item, or cancel your order.
Total shipping charges are calculated and based on the shipping method and total weight and value of the items in your order, to calculate shipping add items to cart and enter your zip code for shipping to be calculated.
You may choose different shipping option before checking out. SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC retains the right to charge additional fees for special requests, and orders outside the contiguous 48 states. 5. Q: I've received part of my order?
A: If you order different types of products (for example, a bed in a bag, and a bath robe), your items may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive, and be packaged separately.
6. Q: Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
A: You can usually cancel an order within an hour of order placement during normal business hours. Beyond that time frame, it is very difficult for us to cancel orders due to the rapid transfer of orders in our supply chain. The exception to this rule is that we are able to cancel orders that have been back ordered. We will try our best to cancel the order, but cannot guarantee that we will able to depending upon where the order is at in the credit approval, pick and ship process.

9. How do I find an item online?
A: Finding an item at SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC is quick and easy. For your convenience we have worked out two simple ways to locate the product you are looking for.

Checkout: We offer 2 easy ways to finalize your purchase with SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC. Once you are finished shopping and have all the items in your shopping cart that you wish to purchase, please Proceed to Checkout.

For returning customers just enter e-mail and password when prompted, and continue through checkout
2. New Customer Checkout (account setup)
This is the way to finish checkout when purchasing an item for the first time at SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC after adding all item’s to your cart, hit the Checkout Secure button, on the next screen below customer log in, click on new customer log in, You will be prompted to set up an account with us using your email address and a secret password. Once your billing and shipping addresses have been entered, you have an option to save the info. For next time you log in, so you won’t have to enter it all over again. Then on the same screen enter your payment information. On the next screen an invoice copy will be presented on the screen for you to print out on your local printer. On the final screen you will get your order confirmation number which you will also find by Order Status with the progress of your order. As soon as you finish placing your order SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC will send you an email confirming your order was placed successfully.

At SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC we understand that when you buy our product you want it now. Therefore we are committed to immediate delivery. All ground delivery orders will be shipped in approximately 2-3 business days. Any order placed on weekends or holidays will usually process the next business day. To ensure prompt delivery, please provide a physical shipping address as we do not ship to Post Office Boxes. Orders can take up to 10-12 business days to arrive.
SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC offers ground shipping, second day or overnight delivery in the United States. Total shipping charges are calculated and based on the shipping method and total weight and value of the items in your order, in the US only.
SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC ships your products from the nearest warehouse to the "ship to" destination, or whichever warehouse has the products in stock. All shipments are subject to stock availability.
If ordering more than one type of product (i.e., Migi Nail Art or Thentix), your shipment may originate from more than one location and deliveries may arrive and be packaged separately.
All packages may require a signature and is the customer's responsibility to make arrangements to accept delivery. If any part of your order was shipped, there will be no refund of shipping charges.
Orders shipped to an address other than the billing address of credit card statement can delay processing of your order up to 24 hours and may require additional information before shipping.
SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC retains the right to charge additional fees for special orders, pallet orders. We will contact the customer prior to shipment if such fees apply. SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC reserves the right to charge additional shipping fees to Hawaii, Alaska, all U.S. territories and all Express orders, depending on their dimension and weight. Linen Choice will contact customers prior to adding additional fees, unless clearly authorized to do so by the customer.
IMPORTANT: SELECT MARKETING AND DISTRIBUTION INC must receive all Overnight and Express Orders no later than 3:00 p.m. EST.
For your convenience, we are able to provide tracking numbers to allow you to track your orders.

Simply input your email address and password, and the status of your order will be displayed, If your order was shipped with a carrier that provides tracking numbers (i.e. FedEx, UPS, etc.) we will display the tracking number, Copy the tracking # then click on the link of the carrier it was shipped with, in the carriers site you will paste your tracking # and you will be given up-to-date information of your order.
