Velvet is a liquid eyeliner pen like no other!!

The tip of the Velvet pen is very different from most eyeliner pens. Our tip is longer than most other eyeliner brushes, is more flexible, more tapered and most importantly it is extremely soft. The soft tip allows for a smooth application with no skipping, dragging or pulling for expert precision and control.

Velvet is made from a water based, quick-drying formula which provides a long lasting, smudge-proof eyeliner that lasts all day without fading. It can be removed easily without the use of any harsh makeup removers.

Give Velvet a good shake before you apply it. This will help to mix the eyeliner and provide a consistent flow of color. Shaking the little metal ball inside the tube prevents any separation of color when applied and avoids any clumping which is common in most liquid eyeliners.

The tapered tip gives the advantage of creating thick, bold lines for a dramatic look or very thin lines for a more classic defined look.
